On the world´s largest real estate Fair MPIM, that was held in Cannes, the Atlas group  presented  the project “Punta Mimoza”. Delegation of the Atlas group was headed by the president Duško Kneževic.

Vladimir Čvorović, the CEO of the Atlas Invest, said that the realization of that project could start next year yet, after the State Location Study for the sector 1, that is now in procedure, once adopted.

"Project “Punta Mimoza” is the project worth between 400 and 500 milion euros of investments. We have the potential investors in this project, i.e. the investors who will join us in the realization of this project.

We have long worked to prepare this project and it is very flexible, so that is the thing that gives us the possibility to start its implementation from more sides”-  he said. “The presentation aroused great interest”- he added.

“We have a lot of networking events, numerous meetings in the Fair MIPIM, so that we have the opportunity to connect with a lot of people who are engaged in this work” - he said.

The fact that it is a very challenging project was contributed a lot of interest among the potential investors, that is confirmed by the architect Veljko Radulović. “Three independent  Mediterranean villages, three developing zones, three developing potentials, three different identities and three potentially different phases of construction were assembled into a single zoning picture interconnected by pedestrian paths, greenery and positioning the circumferential moves of Lungo Mare. Marina, which has 150 berths, is located on the most suitable place and represents the basic potential for the beginning and developing of the whole resort” - he said.

MIPIM is the largest international Fair dedicated to real estate and attracts leading investors from more than 90 counties. This year the Fair gathered more than 20.000 visitors, including more than 4.200 representatives of major investors, corporate users and hotel groups.
